Delivery and Payment

Mode of delivery:
Your parcels are delivered by reputable carriers, depending on the place of delivery. The deadline for dispatching the NEXINEO ICT classroom is within 14 days from the payment of the Advance Invoice. When the parcel is ready to be dispatched, we will contact you at the email address you entered about the delivery date. The parcel will be dispatched to the address specified by you and the carrier will contact the person specified by you, who is authorised to receive the parcel.

Delivery cost:
The price for delivering the NEXINEO ICT classroom within the EU is included in the price of the product for the end customer and the delivery is free of charge (this does not apply to resellers). If you order separate products, the delivery price will be calculated individually based on the order and according to the place of delivery. You will be informed about the price after creating the order, usually within 48 hours.

Delivery time:
Within the EU, parcels are usually delivered within 5 days.

Payment:
After creating the order, we will send you an Advance Invoice. After full payment of the Advance invoice, the parcel will be ready for dispatch within 14 days.
